Avatars, public and private spaces, information, data, names, images, logos or icons on Eccky’s website (we refer to this as “Eccky material”) can not be used by third parties, unless we specifically state on Eccky’s website that it is allowed to do so.

This means that you can not copy, distribute, disperse, sell, publish, send, or in any other way circulate Eccky material without written consent by Eccky. Furthermore, you may not alter, modify or replace Eccky material as is shown on the Eccky website, neither entirely nor partly.

Eccky has the right to, without compensation, for an indefinite period of time and world-wide, publish Eccky material. Eccky can do so by any means of communication, for instance internet, television or mobile distribution. This means that you grant Eccky the right to use, copy, reproduce, show, alter, modify, integrate or disperse any material created by you (for instance an Eccky home you decorated or an Eccky character you customized). This applies to both commercial and non- commercial purposes.
