On the Eccky planet you can buy all kinds of things for coins. Special things you buy with diamonds. Something special could be anything: a fancy blouse or a swimmingpool. If you are curious about what’s for sale for diamonds, you can simply enter a shop and click on the salesperson. In the catalogue you see if an item is for sale for coins or for diamonds.

Diamonds you buy by clicking on the blue diamond icon in the right lower corner of your screen in Eccky. You can also buy diamonds by clicking on the ATM at the mall. On the Diamonds page you read what payment methods Eccky supports. If you would like to give diamonds as a present, you can buy the Eccky gift card. The Gift card page tells you how the Eccky gift card works.

Sometimes it takes a while before the diamonds you bought are added to your account in Eccky. Usually when you log out and then log in again, you see the diamonds added to your account. Still no sign of your diamonds? Please contact Team Eccky.

Diamonds are only for sale in Eccky and you can only buy them with money. You could give diamonds as a present (or get them as a present ofcourse!) with the Eccky gift card. The gift card you buy on Eccky’s website, you find more information on the Gift card page.

Designing and maintaining a virtual world like Eccky costs money. Because Team Eccky believes it is important that everybody can play Eccky, we have provided the majority of Eccky for free. For a limited amount of options you have to pay. Payment takes place via diamonds, which are bought with money. By charging money for some of the special options, we have been able to keep improving Eccky. You can decide for yourself if you want to spend money on Eccky, which gives you full control. Eccky does not have a subscription model.

When buying diamonds in Eccky they remain yours, you can not send them to your Eccky friends. Would you like to give someone a present? On the Gift card page you can buy an Eccky gift card and give the card to your friend!

It barely happens that diamonds disapear. Are you sure that nobody logged in using your account and spend your diamonds? (Always keep your password secure and secret). Does it really seem you “lost” diamonds? Please contact Team Eccky. Try to provide Team Eccky with as much information as possible concerning your purchase.

You can decide for yourself for how long you want to be a VIP Eccky. A VIP membership you buy for a month, 6 months or a year. Your membership is not automatically renewed.

If you get a message that the gift card code is not correct, first check if you filled in the code correctly and check if you entered the code in the right place. Do you still get an error message? Please contact Team Eccky and describe your problem. If another Eccky promises you a gift card code in exchange for items, be cautious to accept! This Eccky might try to mislead you.

No, it is not necesary to know an Eccky’s name if you want to give him or her a present. The Eccky gift card has an unique code and is not tied to an account.
