Eccky is a virtual world and designed for use by children from 8 years and older.

No, you do not have to pay to play Eccky. Most features and functionalities are available for free. Players can upgrade their game experience by personalizing their Eccky (their virtual character) or house. For this Eccky has introduced a catalogue of items that can be purchased with two types of game currency; coins and diamonds. Coins can be earned by being active in Eccky and for instance playing minigames. Diamonds are purchased with real money. The vast majority of catalogue items is available for coins, and some of the more special items are sold for Diamonds. We believe it is important that everybody can play Eccky, and we have therefore provided the vast majority of features, functionalities and catalogue items for free. We only require payment for a limited amount of special items. Payment takes place via diamonds, which are purchased with real money. By charging money for some of the special features and items in Eccky, we have been able to keep the Eccky World free of advertising. Players can decide themselves which features and catalogue items they purchase with real money, which gives them full control. Eccky does not feature a subscription model.

To play Eccky all your child needs is a computer with internet connection and a program called Flash, which is already available on most computers today. Eccky does not require download and installation of any software. After completion of the registration process your child can dive right into Eccky.

We have made it impossible for players to change their own name, but if you have an important reason to require a change of the player's character name, for instance when your child has used his or her real name when creating an Eccky, please contact Team Eccky.

If you have a valid reason to request removal of the message, Team Eccky can remove the message from the forum for you. Please contact Team Eccky.

The most frequently asked questions are answered on this website. Players can also visit the forum, where they can consult other Ecckies for advise. If your child can not find the answer, or if the question is personal, he or she can contact Team Eccky via email straight from the game. We aim to answer any such emails within 24 hours. The moderators decide if a specific Eccky should be denied access to Eccky and for how long. If you want to know why your child is being denied access to Eccky, you can contact Team Eccky. To protect the privacy of your child we will never disclose conversations between players in Eccky. However, we can give you an idea of the nature of the conversation and the length of the ban. In Eccky players can purchase virtual items with coins and diamonds. Diamonds must be purchased with real money.
