To play Eccky all you need is a computer with internet connection and a program called Flash, which is already available on most computers today. Eccky does not require download and installation of any software. After completion of the registration process you can dive right into Eccky.

When you leave Eccky, nothing happens, everything on the Eccky planet will stay the same. The next time you log on you can start right where you left off the last time you were on Eccky.

Team Eccky cares highly about our players’ privacy. Therefore, the reason for being blocked will only be communicated towards the blocked player him or herself. However, in case your Eccky friend whishes, he or she is certainly allowed to tell you what has been the reason for the block.

At the moment it is not possible to share your house with another Eccky. For the time being a Wobble is very pleasant company and ofcourse your friends could always visit you!

No, you can not change the name of your Eccky. If you have a really good reason to have your name changed, please contact Team Eccky.

No, it is not possible to send items you bought to an Eccky friend. Once you buy something it will remain yours. Are there any items you don’t want to keep any longer? From level 7 and up you have acces to a recycle bin. In exchange of the recycled items you receive coins. The only items that can be sent to other Ecckies are the gifts available in the gift shop in the entertainment district.

First check if you look at the right place. Furniture can be found in your inventory, clothes are sent to your closet, and food and drinks you find in your fridge. Did you place something in your house? Check whether it wasn’t sent back to your inventory. If you can’t find it there, you can try emptying your browser’s cache and removing your temporary internet files. If you don’t know how to do this, ask somebody to help you out. Are your items still missing? Don’t worry everything you buy is stored, you will never really loose anything.

If you get stuck in Eccky, a first solution would be to try a different server. If a server gets really crowded this could cause the game to work less efficiently. You could check the forum on the website to see if other Ecckies are experiencing the same problem. Does it seem as if you are the only one? Ask your parents or somebody else to help you install the latest version of flash.

If you notice Eccky not loading as fast as you are used to, first close other websites. It is also recommended not to download anything while playing Eccky. You could also try a less crowded server.
